This trip will begin with a visit with the Jewish community and a shabbat in San Jose, the capitol, continue to the magnificent lake Arenal for a few days that will include hikes to the volcano, hot-springs, waterfalls, paddling on Lake Arenal and a visit to an eco-farm,  and end on the breathtaking Pacific coast in Nosara, that will include yoga, surf lessons, a jungle boat ride and a chill shabbat in the Jewish owned Nosara B&B.
